Our office phones are answered 24 hours a day. Calls are answered by our staff from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday and from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm on Friday. We have an answering service for the hours the office is closed.
If you have a non-emergency question that can wait until the office is open, we ask that you call during office hours.
We will send you an email invitation to register for our Patient Portal prior to your first visit. The Patient Portal offers many benefits, such as: viewing lab results, bill payment, and a way to send messages to our staff – this is especially nice if you are unable to call during our regular office hours. The Patient Portal is for non-emergency messages only. Please call the office for urgent medical issues at 610-366-7444.
Patient Registration & Forms
SOLO is eager to provide you with the comprehensive care you deserve. In preparation for your visit, we’d like to have your health care history, insurance and contact information at least two weeks prior to your first appointment. You can download those forms below, fill them out, and fax or mail them to our office in advance of your visit. During your first visit, we’ll want to spend some time with you to make sure we have all the details of your health history and understand any challenges or concerns you may be having. We also ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to complete all necessary check-in information. Please be sure to bring your insurance card and photo id with you for every appointment.

We offer appointments Monday through Friday. Please call 610-366-7444 to schedule your appointment.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation so that we may have the opportunity to fill the opening. With the exception of emergency situations, a $30 charge will be assessed if you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.
Additionally, we offer same-day appointments for our established patients who call us with urgent needs. If you have not been seen at our practice, we are not able to provide advice or prescriptions until you have physically been seen at one of our office locations.
We suggest you call 2-3 months in advance to schedule your annual exam. If you are experiencing problems we strive to get you seen quickly.
Insurance & Billing
Most commercial medical insurance plans are accepted. The following insurances are generally accepted but please call our office for details, or inquire with your medical insurance carrier.

*We are not accepting any new patients on Medical Assistance.
We encourage all patients to read their insurance policy handbook to become familiar with their coverage and pre-certification requirements. If we are a participating provider on your plan, we will process your insurance for the services we provide you. Your co-payment will be required at the time of service. Any deductible applied to our fee or non-covered charges will be your direct responsibility. If you do not have medical health insurance or are receiving medical care that is not covered under your benefits plan you will be expected to pay for your services the same day as your visit. Generally, there is no charge for annual exams, provided it has been 1 year since your last exam.
If your insurance requires pre-authorization for procedures we perform within our office, please inform our billing staff so that we can obtain the appropriate pre-approvals prior to your appointment.
Our billing staff will assist obstetrical patients with estimating their insurance benefits. Any amounts not covered by insurance become the responsibility of the patient. An OB budget plan will be reviewed with the patient once their benefits have been verified.
Please contact our billing department for assistance if you have any questions regarding your bill, insurance claim, or explanation of benefits. We accept cash, personal check, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. We also offer payment plans for larger balances. Our billing staff will be happy to discuss your options to prevent collections activity or discharge from the practice.
